Cleveland Habitat provides affordable, simple, safe, and high-quality housing that meets the current needs of our potential homebuyers:

• Our houses are geared to the size of homebuyer candidate’s households.  For example, a 3-bedroom house is available for households of three or more.
• For smaller households (1, 2, or 3 members), we are offering 2-bedroom/1-bath townhomes located in the city of Euclid.  
• For large households, we have 4-bedroom/2 bath homes.  All of these homes are on Cleveland’s eastside in the Buckeye neighborhood
• We do not have any houses under development on the west side.

House bedroom and bath count will be determined by household size.  Your income level will also determine the home your family can best afford. 

Our fully-rehabbed and newly constructed homes are sold at no profit with zero percent interest mortgages, with minimal down payments and closing costs. Approved homeowners qualify for a monthly housing payment no more than 30% of their monthly income.

Available Properties

Habitat will soon begin work on 9 4-bedroom single-family homes in the Buckeye-Woodhill community. Addresses for those homes will be listed soon. 

Habitat has also acquired 14 rehab properties in the Buckeye-Woodhill community. 2 are currently available. Please see below for the style of home. Addresses will become available to you if you are accepted into the Habitat program.

2020 Faith Build Dedication
