With the help of donations made by generous individuals, businesses, contractors and homeowners – we are able to support Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity’s mission to rehab and build affordable homes for families in our community.

Proceeds of every sale go to help families in Cuyahoga & Lorain County realize the dream of home-ownership. Your donations will be offered for sale to the public at our ReStore locations; they will not be used in Habitat homes.

What donations we accept

We accept donations of new and gently used appliances, household furniture and residential building supplies. All donated items must be in good, clean, working, and sell-able condition. Please review our accepted items list below.

How to donate your item(s)  

There are two ways you can donate your item or items: drop them off at the ReStore during store hours or schedule a pickup. 

Schedule a pickup

Donated items left outside — in a garage, on a porch, in a driveway, etc. — will be picked up free of charge. To schedule your free donation pick up, please call us at 216.429.3631 or use our online scheduler.

Drop off

Items can be dropped off at any ReStore location Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday and Saturday from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
