Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity believes that people should have safe, healthy, affordable places to live, play and grow. And we believe there’s power in numbers – and that by mobilizing our own neighbors and communities, we can change people’s living situations for the better.

Our fully-rehabbed and newly constructed homes are sold at no profit with zero percent interest mortgages, with minimal down payments and closing costs. Approved homeowners qualify for a monthly housing payment no more than 30% of their monthly income.

Greater Cleveland Habitat has been able to help make homeownership a possibility for more than 275 Habitat homeowners and over 900 children in Greater Cleveland. Habitat homeowners reside in affordable homes in 20 different neighborhoods.
