Please note that applicants that have lived or worked in Cuyahoga or Lorain County for the last 12 months are now eligible for homes in each county.

Our energy-efficient houses are geared to the size of homebuyer candidates' households. For example, a
3-bedroom house is available for households of three or more. Greater Cleveland Habitat has homes like these available in the Buckeye-Woodhill neighborhood. For households of one to two, we offer condos in the city of Euclid.

If you have no interest in Habitat's current available homes, we encourage you to apply at a different time. Habitat does not guarantee locations of future home sites.
