Getting Started

We are thrilled that you are interested in partnering with Cleveland Habitat to purchase a home in one of our focus neighborhoods!

To start, please review our available properties to determine if you’d like to proceed.

Our energy-efficient houses are geared to the size of homebuyer candidate’s households. For example, a 3-bedroom house is available for households of three or more.

  • For smaller households (1, 2 or 3 members), we are offering 2-bedroom/1-bath townhomes located in the city of Euclid.
  • For large households, we have 4-bedroom/2 bath homes. All these homes are on Cleveland’s east side in the Greater Buckeye area.

Available Properties

Please note we do not have any houses under development on the west side.
