Volunteer - AmeriCorps

AmeriCorps is a federally funded one-year national service program that works with local and national organizations and agencies committed to using national service to address critical community needs in education, public safety, health and the environment. The program is administered by the Corporation for National Service, a public-private partnership created in 1993 with bipartisan support among the Congress, the President, and community groups nationwide.

AmeriCorps has been an integral part of Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity. Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity is proud to have AmeriCorps Construction and Volunteer Team members who help provide valuable service to Habitat's projects in many Cleveland communities.

AmeriCorps Volunteer Team Assistant

All AmeriCorps members at Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity commit to at least one-year of service, beginning in the fall and going through the following August. They help Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity involve more people, reach out to more families, and have a greater impact on the Cleveland communities.
