We are pleased to share that John Litten has been recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business' Notable Leaders in Architecture, Engineering and Construction, honoring his leadership and impact on the industry.
While John is grateful for the recognition, the innovation behind this work is largely driven by our Chief Strategy Officer, Joseph Gabbard. In addition to leading our construction, government relations, and family services efforts, Joseph has played a pivotal role in expanding modular housing in Cleveland, helping to nearly quadruple the number of modular homes in the city. He also contributed significantly to the City's efforts to attract a modular housing manufacturer to the region.
This recognition reflects not only Joseph's strategic leadership, but also the collective work of approximately 80 Greater Cleveland Habitat employees and more than 1,100 volunteers who are committed to advancing affordable housing opportunities throughout our community.
Northeast Ohio’s leaders in architecture, engineering and construction are helping shape the communities where we live and work. Through their contributions to the built environment, these individuals support the infrastructure that drives our economy, strengthens our neighborhoods and reflects the evolving needs and values of society. Beyond their professional accomplishments, these leaders have demonstrated the ability to influence meaningful change within their companies and across the industry. In this section, we spotlight individuals whose dedication, innovation and commitment to service will leave a lasting impact on the region.
