Tool Drives Collect power tools and landscaping equipment to provide needed resources. Raise funds to help in the purchase of much needed tools. Visit our tool drive page Tool Drive Flyer Tool Drive Information Sheet Organize a Fundraiser Sponsor a Dance, Concert, Bake Sale, Concession Stand, or Car Wash. Host a Habitat for Humanity fundraising dinner in your home. Organize a walk-a-thon or an athletic event to benefit Habitat. In-Kind Donations “Gift-in-kind” Donors provide specific materials or services that Habitat would otherwise have to purchase. Value of donated items is tax-deductible, within IRS guidelines. Please contact us for a list of materials and services needed. Cars for Homes Donate a car, truck, boat, or other vehicle. Net proceeds are used to build homes If you itemize for taxes, it may be possible to get a deduction. See Habitat's Cars for Homes website. Additional suggestions: Prepare a meal for a Habitat work site. Chili or sandwiches are greatly appreciated. Bring cold bottled water to a Habitat job site. Provide landscaping materials and a volunteer crew for a Habitat home. Lead a “Habitat Awareness Day” at your job, club or school. Encourage your congregation or business to post information on your websites and bulletin boards and in your newsletters. Pray for our Partner Families, our neighborhoods and our success.
